Island of the Dolls 2 follows the story of a group of friends who decide to visit the infamous Island of the Dolls in Mexico for a vacation. As the friends explore the island, they begin to notice strange occurrences around them. Dolls seem to move on their own, whispers can be heard in the wind, and shadows dart in and out of their vision. Despite the warnings from locals, the friends brush off these signs as mere coincidences.
However, as night falls, the true horror of the island begins to reveal itself. One by one, the friends start to disappear, their bodies found later in the most disturbing of ways. It becomes clear that the spirits inhabiting the dolls are not happy with the intrusion, and they will stop at nothing to protect their home.
As tensions rise and paranoia sets in, the remaining friends must band together to find a way off the island before they too become victims of the malevolent forces at play.
